MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM) announced Monday that it will acquire game developer Push Gaming Holding Limited and its affiliated subsidiaries.
Financial terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in the third quarter, were not disclosed.The deal is the first since LeoVegas joined MGM last year.
