After the lull brought by COVID-19, South Korea's foreigner-only casinos continue to see revenue increases.Grand Korea Leisure (GKL) said in its latest financial report last Friday that February sales were just above KRW 2 billion (US$367 million).This was an increase of 7000% from the previous month and an increase of 2830% from the same month of the previous year.

Shinhwa's world needs help
Shinhwa World Co., Ltd., which until the end of last year called itself Landing International Development, is heading in the right direction, but continues to struggle.The company, which operates Jeju Shinhwa World, a resort on Jeju Island, reported a loss in 2022, but not as big as in 2021.
