A New York legislator wants the state Gaming Commission (NYSGC) to enact rules against "predatory" bonuses offered by licensed online sports betting operators.
State Senator Pete Hulkham (D-South Salem) introduced Senate Bill S9605 on Wednesday.If passed, it would create new sections within New York's horse racing, pari-mutuel betting and breeding laws.This would require the NYSGC to create rules on deposit matches, "risk-free" bets, free money and stakes, site credits, profit boosters and other temptations.
